Associate Attorney

Faythe Gutierrez is a seasoned attorney with more than a decade of experience spanning litigation, corporate counsel work, and complex business matters. She has handled a broad range of issues, including property litigation, tort litigation, and mass arbitration. Her background in both law firm and in-house roles gives her a practical view of the litigation from the business as well as Plaintiff perspective. Known for a strategic, results-driven style, Ms. Gutierrez approaches each matter with clear judgment, strong advocacy, and a focus on workable solutions for the people she serves.
Ms. Gutierrez earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Whittier Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the Whittier Law Review, received the Dean’s Citation Award, and was selected for a fellowship with the Center for Intellectual Property Law. She also holds an MBA in Management from Hope International University and a B.A. from Azusa Pacific University, graduating with honors. In addition to her practice, she serves as a Lecturer at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she teaches Practice Foundations Transactions, and has held leadership roles with the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
