Mario I. Molina, Esq. is the Chief Executive Officer of Property Litigation Group, PLLC, based in Miramar, Florida. He focuses on property damage and insurance litigation, with an emphasis on large-loss cases nationwide.

Mario earned his Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where he concentrated on commercial real estate and transactions. He began his legal career in New York, representing real estate holding companies in code enforcement matters and municipal litigation before the New York Supreme Court. His experience also includes handling complex qui tam litigation under the False Claims Act involving New York City agencies.

In 2016, Mario relocated to Florida and founded Property Litigation Group, PLLC. Since then, he has led the firm’s growth and continues to oversee significant insurance disputes, focusing on practical, results-driven representation for policyholders.
