Vinit R. Venkatesh, Esq.

Vinit R. Venkatesh is the Managing Partner at Property Litigation Group, bringing over a decade of experience in property litigation and client advocacy. Since joining the firm in November 2018, Vinit has been at the forefront of litigation strategies and client relations, ensuring exceptional service and favorable outcomes for clients.
Previously, Vinit served as an Associate Attorney at MAS Law Firm from November 2016 to June 2022, where they represented clients in complex property litigation cases and honed their skills in drafting legal documents and navigating the intricacies of litigation.
Vinit began their legal career as a Legal Intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office from January 2015 to May 2015. Here, he conducted research on evidentiary issues, drafted memoranda regarding confrontation clause issues, communicated with clients during the discovery process, and drafted motions to suppress evidence.
Vinit holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law, earned in 2016. A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Political Science, both from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 2011.
With a strong foundation in legal studies and extensive practical experience, Vinit is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients at  Property Litigation Group.
